Countdown, Prime Video’s newest crime drama, centers on LAPD detective Mark Meachum (Jensen Ackles), who is recruited to a secret task force with a very specific mission: investigate the murder of a Department of Homeland Security officer who was killed in broad daylight. When Meachum and the team of undercover agents begin their search for the killer, they discover a conspiracy far more sinister than anyone could have anticipated.
