Charlize Theron has been on a footwear winning streak during the press tour for her upcoming Netflix film “The Old Guard 2.” The actress has been making the press rounds wearing eye-grabbing shoes, which some have been stylish, out-of-the-box choices for a summer in New York City.
The actress stopped by “Late Night With Seth Meyers” on Tuesday and added a pop of color to her navy blue look by wearing Chloé‘s Janis pump in a rich earth red shade.

Crafted from shiny calfskin, the Janis pumps are set on a flared block heel. The vibrant shoes feature a subtle square-toe shape and are decorated with multiple adjustable straps across the upper. The five straps are completed by gold-tone buckles engraved with a tiny Chloé logo. The pumps are set on a heel measuring three inches. The shoes are part of Chloé’s fall 2025 collection by Chemena Kamali and are available in black and burnt purple and retail for $1,195.

Theron and her stylist, Leslie Fremar, stuck to Chloé for the rest of her ensemble, mimicking a sweater and miniskirt pairing from McQueen that she wore on Monday, paired with chunky caged sandals. For the late-night appearance on Tuesday, Theron went for a navy blue oversize sweater in a wool and cashmere knit, detailed with ribbed trims and a subtle Chloé logo patch at the sleeve.
For bottoms, she went for a straight miniskirt in paisley tapestry jacquard in navy blue and orange, with a gold-tone button at the waist. The skirt retails for $1,082. She completed the look with black Dior Signature S7F square sunglasses and her hair pulled back into a relaxed bun.

While promoting “The Old Guard 2,” Theron has kept footwear at the forefront of her looks. She wore Bottega Veneta’s Blink mule on “The View,” asymmetrical Givenchy fall 2025 sandals on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” and towering McQueen Caged sandals in black leather for “Watch What Happens Live! with Andy Cohen.”
“The Old Guard 2” is set to arrive on Netflix on July 2. The story of Andromache of Scythia, aka Andy, played by Charlize Theron, and her team of immortal mercenaries was introduced in the summer of 2020. The sequel follows Andy as she grapples with her newfound mortality as a mysterious threat emerges that could jeopardize everything she’s worked toward for thousands of years.
