The makers have described the song as one that highlights how “love hits right when you have the perfect companion.” Ahead of the song’s release tomorrow, YRF shared a new image of lead actors Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda from the track, teasing the evolving love story in the film. The song is expected to showcase their relationship from a new perspective, focusing on their on-screen chemistry.

So far, Saiyaara has released three tracks — the title song ‘Saiyaara’, ‘Barbaad’ sung by Jubin Nautiyal, and ‘Tum Ho Toh’ sung by Vishal Mishra — all of which have been well-received by audiences. YRF and Mohit Suri have positioned Saiyaara as a love story built around new talent, with a soundtrack that has consistently driven interest in the film.

Saiyaara marks the first collaboration between YRF and Mohit Suri. The film’s teaser, released prior to the songs, introduced audiences to debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, highlighting the story’s focus on young love.

The film’s title, Saiyaara, holds significance. It literally means a wandering celestial body and is often used in poetry to describe something dazzling, ethereal, or unattainable — a wandering star that shines and guides but remains out of reach. Saiyaara also marks the launch of Ahaan Panday as a YRF hero. Aneet Padda, known for her performance in the series Big Girls Don’t Cry, plays the female lead. The film is produced by YRF’s CEO Akshaye Widhani and is scheduled for theatrical release on July 18, 2025.

YRF has a long-standing association with romantic films in India, with landmark titles directed by Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra. Mohit Suri, in his 20th year as a filmmaker, has directed successful romantic dramas such as Aashiqui 2, Malang, and Ek Villain.
