Diana Penty has been in a relationship with Harsh Sagar for the longest time. During an interview with Hautterfly, the actress opened up about her bond with Harsh, her views on marriage, and why they haven’t tied the knot yet. The actress revealed that she has never been interested in a casual relationship; hence, she has been committed to Harsh and their relationship for over a decade now. Giving a rare insight into their relationship, when the actress was asked about her views on dating, Diana stated:
“I’ve never been interested in having a casual relationship with anybody. I’m an old soul.”
Diana Penty has already been married in her mind
In the same conversation, when Diana Penty was asked if married millennials ever feel FOMO (fear of missing out) for not having experienced dating, the actress responded by stating that she is not single. She added that she was old school when it came to relationships. Diana revealed that she had been with her partner, Harsh Sagar, for 12 years and had known him for 22 years. She was quoted as saying:
“I’m not going to go on the rooftop and start giving a speech about it, but I’ve been with my partner for 12 years now, and we’ve known each other for 22. For half of our lives, we’ve known each other. We were really good friends, and we’ve been together for 12 years. I’m not married, but in my head, I’m married. It’s the same thing – you are respecting the relationship in the same way.”
Diana further addressed whether her family has ever pressured her to tie the knot. The actress revealed that both of their families respect what they have and are okay with their pace of doing things. She added that happiness is the most important thing for their families; hence, there is no pressure.

Talking about the idea of marriage, Diana Penty revealed that while she and Harsh are not against the concept, they don’t see or feel the urgency to get married. She added that they live together, have a dog and do everything that a married couple does. So, while they are not married on paper, it made no difference to them. She was quoted as saying:
“We live together, we have a dog together, and everybody knows we are together, so there’s no rush to get married. It’s pretty much like being married. It’s not on paper, but that makes no difference to me or him.”
