So much so that the actor got irritated with the speculation and he took to his Instagram handle to personally react to the same.
Mohsin Khan reacted to the buzz about his marriage to a non-celebrity girlfriend
After a lot of hoo-ha around Mohsin Khan’s wedding buzz, the actor, on June 17, 2025, took to his Instagram handle and reacted to the same. Sharing a screenshot of one such news on his IG handle, he clarified that it is fake and that media outlets should confirm before reporting fake news. He wrote:
“Fake news bro. Urging all media outlets to at least confirm before reporting fake news.”
It is worth mentioning that the buzz circulated after a popular TV show on ABP News claimed that Mohsin has been secretly dating someone and is all set to marry her. The actor dismissed all the claims with his strong message.
When Mohsin Khan talked about his marriage plans
Earlier, in a 2024 interview with The Times Of India, Mohsin stated that he was single and wished to get married to a girl of his family’s choice. He added that his family was finding rishtas for him, and he is okay with an arranged marriage. Mohsin shared that he would get married by 2025, as he also feels it is time. The actor said:
“I am single and will soon be married. My family is looking for rishtas. I am okay with an arranged marriage. By next year (2025), I will be married. Even I think mera age ho gaya hai.. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I don’t have any prototype of how the girl should be. I have just decided that I will be married in a year. Also, my sister’s kids are around me. So I do see them, and I am so attached to kids. I want to have my kids. Trust me, I will be a hands-on father.”
Mohsin Khan’s past relationship
Earlier, there were some rumours about Shivangi and Mohsin being in a relationship during their days of shooting for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. However, they never talked about the same and clarified it. However, they would often share their PDA moments on social media. However, their breakup rumours started circulating in 2018. As per a 2018 report by SpotboyE, a source revealed that there was some sort of disconnect between Shivangi and Mohsin, and they are not as warm with each other as they used to be. Reportedly, the couple have been together from 2017 to 2020.
