On June 14, 2025, Raageshwari took to her Instagram handle and shared a beautiful video reflecting on how the tragic plane crash in Ahmedabad’s international airport has brought families closer. Raageshwari also shared that she knew two couples who called off their divorce and gave their marriage a chance. She also shared insights given by psychologists on how a calamity can change a man’s perspective towards life. In her words:
“Did you know, after the heartbreaking airplane crash, people started to call their families? I know of two couples who decided to let go of their divorces. Families suddenly allowed their egos to soften, their arguments to be resolved. What shifted? Psychologists say it always takes a calamity for us humans to realise where our blessings lie, and that’s why contrast is a must in life.”
Raageshwari Loomba advised people to spend more time with family
In the same video, Raageshwari also advised people to give more time to their families. She also shared how such a calamity, like the tragic plane crash, brought a pause in everyone’s life and taught them the value of their close ones. Raageshwari mentioned how a wise person once said that people may forget what you said or how you looked, but they will never forget the way you made them feel special. In her words:
“We have to go through the lows to appreciate the highs. We have to go through failures to truly appreciate the joys of success. A calamity like this also makes us pause and reflect on what truly matters—that life is fragile, and relationships are sacred. So, I hope you will now spend time with your family mindfully, truly making them feel precious and special. No wonder a wise person once said, people will forget what you say, what you wear or how you look—but people will never forget how you make them feel. So go ahead, make people feel precious. Make your family feel precious.”
