A Zomato delivery agent ended up getting more than just a routine order run; he walked into a surprise birthday party thrown by the very customers he was delivering to.

The heartwarming moment occurred when the man arrived with a food parcel, only to be greeted by a group of smiling strangers ready to celebrate his special day.

The video of the celebration, shared by Krishna Ratnani on Instagram, showed the delivery agent visibly emotional as the customers sang for him and celebrated his birthday.

The short clip captured the man holding back tears while everyone around him clapped and smiled. A cake was cut, candles were blown, and for a few minutes, the everyday delivery was replaced by something far more personal.
