However, during an interview with Bollywood Shaadis, Tanuj shared that when one is a starkid, one gets easy access to the members of the fraternity, but he had to prove his worth despite his mom being a big actress. In his words:

“For my mother, they would meet me, but if those people think that would translate to work or a job, then they are mistaken. That’s not how it works at the end of the day. People will put money on you when they know you have what it takes. It is an industry and not some time pass or kitty party going on over here.”
