Pratibha Ranta, known for her performance in Laapataa Ladies, recently took a break from her packed schedule to reconnect with nature. A Pahadi by origin, the young actress was seen enjoying a peaceful moment on a farm, watering plants amid lush greenery. She shared a video of the moment on her social media, drawing a quiet connection between the experience and her grounded character, Jaya, from the critically acclaimed film. Sharing the video, Pratibha wrote, “Jaya finally in her happy place…her farms.”

Despite being busy with her project schedules, Pratibha ensures to be one with the nature, and spend some time to relax and rejuvenate. Speaking about finding her way back to her roots, Pratibha said, “There are times when busy schedules get to me, and I believe that the best way to calm myself from life’s stresses is to be one with the nature. It’s like food for my soul. It has helped me rejuvenate myself for quite some time, and I do find solace amid the greenery, simply by watering plants, or looking after the flowers, farming – just being at the Greenland. And very frequently do I look forward to take some time off to spend it here. It’s absolutely beautiful.”
Through this video, Ranta shows that despite being away from her hometown and her roots, she always finds a way to stay close to it, proving to be a true Pahadi powerhouse.
While she takes some time off her work, she is gearing up for an upcoming project. Though the details of the same are kept under wraps for now, it is directed by Anubhuti Kashyap and will see Pratibha share the screen space with Konkona Sensharma for the first time. Considering that Pratibha has established herself as a promising star, it would be exciting to see her alongside the talented actress.
