- Areas under curfew: The curfew applies to specific areas in downtown Los Angeles. Mayor Bass stated that it covers a one-square-mile zone stretching from the 5 Freeway to the 110 Freeway, and from the 10 Freeway up to the point where the 110 and 5 merge.

President Donald Trump defended the move, saying it was necessary to restore order and even mentioned the possibility of using the Insurrection Act if the situation worsens.Several foreign governments, including those of China, Indonesia, Japan, and the United Kingdom, have issued travel advisories for their citizens in Los Angeles, urging them to stay indoors and avoid large gatherings.Residents are advised to follow curfew guidelines and monitor official updates through government channels and Mayor Bass’s social media posts.
