The young actress gave the sweetest surprise to her fans by sharing how she smiled, cried and said yes to the love of her life. Now, Avika’s on-screen husband role in Sasural Simar Ka was played by Manish Raisinghani. Their on-screen chemistry was palpable as ‘Rooli’ and ‘Siddhant’. Now, Manish opened up about his on-screen wife, Avika’s engagement to her real-life hero, Milind.
Manish Raisinghani shares his feelings seeing Avika Gor’s engagement
Fans loved Manish and Avika in Sasural Simar Ka when Manish, in an interview with Zoom, shared how he felt seeing his ‘Roli’ get engaged. Manish revealed that he liked Milind and found him to be a good match for Avika, who surely loves her man to pieces. Manish shared:
“The first reaction was that yes, we like the guy. He is extremely sweet and we loved him from the word go. We are happy to welcome him to our family. He happens to be a Sindhi again. So that was like Sindhi-Sindhi bhai-bhai types.”
Manish also shared that he was one of the first ones who came to know about Avika getting engaged. He revealed that there were no second thoughts about the same, as he knew about Avika’s engagement right from the start. Manish proudly shared that he met Milind even before Avika started dating him, and when she asked him how he found her boyfriend, Manish shared that he was cute.

Manish in the interview further shared how his bond evolved with Avika over time and shared that both of them have been thick as thieves, and touchwood, it would always remain like that till eternity. Manish shared that Avika had shown her a quote that spoke about how a friendship of more than 7 years is not just friendship, but it is like family. Manish added:
“So yes, it’s always been that way. If anything happens, she is one of the first people I call. And if anything happens to her, I am the first person to be called. It goes both ways and it’s amazing.”
When Manish Raisinghani reacted to dating Avika Gor
Manish had also earlier reacted to dating Avika, with whom he had a great bond in the hit TV show, Sasural Simar Ka. He shared that it was one of the weirdest things he had heard related to his bond with Avika. Manish shared why couldn’t two people couldn’t be good friends. Why did they have to be in a relationship? He shared:
“Also it’s a fact that I am 18 years older than her. Avika will always be a close friend. She is in a happy relationship now with Milind Chandwani and it has been more than a year since I got married in June 2020. Sangeita and I laughed about these rumours.”
Avika also once in an interview with RJ Siddharth Kanan, shared if she dated Manish and revealed that it was not possible. She addressed articles that were written about how they had a secret child, which they kept hidden. She shared that she has known him since she was 13 and he will have a close space in her life.
