Aishwarya has not posted anything on her social media feed for a while. It was on June 10, 2025, when she took to her Instagram stories and revealed that she was down with COVID-19 and has been battling depression during her recovery phase. Aishwarya’s emotional health has not been fine, as due to COVID-19, she had to be away from her husband, Aakash Shah, which made her more depressed. Speaking of her emotions taking charge of her, the virus making her land in depression, resulting in her staying away from Aakash, Aishwarya shared:
“I didn’t plan on it but this is what happened. I got Covid (yuck) and was fullly f**ked. I quarantined and stayed away from my husbo (which is a very bad thing for my mental faculties). Went through a whole depressive episode (which I’m still in the middle of and if my dad is reading this – yes I’ll book an appointment with the doctor).”
Aishwarya, in her post, further mentioned that she did not have anything new to speak about. She told her fans to see a comeback video of her, where they would get the gist. She explained to her fans the moral of the story, which was about her ghosting her followers for a while. She called it a part of her life and told her fans to accept it.
