“Jewellery is a mood,” Krystle said candidly. “Today, I’ve kept it minimal because that’s how I’m feeling. But when you’re in Indian wear or dressing up for Diwali, you want to go all out with the heavy pieces.”
She shared how jewellery isn’t just an accessory, but also a vessel for memories and tradition. “Some of the most valuable pieces I own aren’t expensive in terms of money — they’re from my grandmother and my mother. I used to wear them all the time, but now I’m more careful. These pieces carry emotional weight.”
Krystle also spoke about how her acting career allows her to explore diverse styles through jewellery. “Different characters make you wear different kinds of jewellery. I love that. One day, I’m in a ‘shaadi wala’ sequence with full kundan sets, and the next, I’m in oxidized jewellery to reflect a totally different vibe. That’s the beauty of storytelling — even jewellery becomes part of the character.”
