18 years of wait, heartbreaks and near-misses finally came to an end after Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) finally won its first IPL title. Allu Arjun, Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Vijay Deverakonda, Rashmika Mandanna and several others celebrated RCB’s win and congratulated them on their maiden title.
Allu Arjun shared a screengrab of the IPL final 2025 and wrote, “THE WAIT IS OVER. “Ee sala cup named!” At last! We’ve been waiting for this day for 18 years. A big, big congratulations to RCB! (sic),” with red heart emojis.
Ranveer Singh shared a video of Virat Kohli getting emotional and wrote, “One club player @virat.kohli (sic),” with a crown emoji.
He shared another photo of Virat and AB De Villiers celebrating on the field and wrote, “This is everything.”
Vicky Kaushal shared emotional moments of Virat Kohli and mentioned why Virat deserves this win. “To the man who’s given everything to the sport…this was long due! @virat.kohli #18 (sic),” he posted on his Instagram Stories.
Vijay Deverakonda was one of the first celebrities to celebrate the win. “Congratulations to @RCBTweets, all RCB fans. you have waited with so much energy and passion and love. It’s a happy happy moment to see (sic),” his post read.
Rashmika Mandanna congratulated the team and shared, “It smells like victory in here.”
Sonu Sood shared some incredible moments from RCB’s match against Punjab Kings and wrote, “RCB!!! Mehnat ka phal meetha hota hai – finally! Virat bhai & team, heartily congratulations (sic).”
Royal Challengers Bengaluru registered its first IPL title win, ending the 18-year-long drought. They played against Punjab Kings, led by Shreyas Iyer, and won by 6 runs.
