The actor alerted his followers about such incidents, assuring that their daughters, Lianna and Divisha, were safe in their room when the incident happened.
Gurmeet Chaudhary alerts his followers against house robbery
On the night of June 3, 2025, Gurmeet took to his social media to inform about an unexpected robbery perpetrated by a new hire in the house. The actor shared that the worker stole some items from their home and ran away, but swift action could be taken as they verify each of their staff before hiring. He was in the house when the theft happened. He wrote:
“Alert. Today, a new worker stole some items from our home and ran away. Thankfully, we always verify anyone who comes to work, so we could act quickly. I’m especially grateful I was home, and my babies were safe in their room.”
Gurmeet also confirmed that swift action and timely phone calls led to the recovery of the stolen items and assured everyone that his family is safe. He advised his fans and followers to always verify the background and details of anyone they plan to hire, emphasising the importance of caution to avoid such incidents. He wrote:

Earlier this year, Gurmeet had shared a sneak peek of his dream home with his followers. He and Debina reportedly purchased the plush property in Mumbai’s Windsor Grander, Andheri West, and its cost was reported to be a staggering Rs. 16 crore. At that time, the interior work was still in progress. Based in Mumbai’s prime residential area, Gurmeet and Debina’s property boasts modern amenities, expansive interiors, and breathtaking balcony views.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Gurmeet posted a short video capturing Debina in the frame, inside their new home, dressed in casual wear. The actor penned an emotional note along with the clip that warmed the hearts of fans for the couple’s unwavering faith and support for each other. Throughout their journey, his ‘Grihalakshmi’, Debina, has been a constant supporter who stood as a rock throughout the journey. Gurmeet’s post read:
