The YouTuber made his OTT acting debut with Taaza Khabar and has gained a massive fanbase ever since. However, recently, he had been in the talks for allegedly going under cosmetic procedures, and now, Bhuvan himself has responded to the same.
Bhuvan Bam denied having facial surgery
Bhuvan Bam has been the talk of the town since his fans noticed that he looked significantly different from his old pictures. Taking to the discussion platform, Reddit, a user posted a recent picture of Bhuvan alongside his old pictures, which led people to wonder if the actor had undergone a knife. However, Bhuvan caught the wind of the rumour, and he soon clarified that he had not had anything done to his face.
Bhuvan Bam took to the Reddit post and revealed that he had a great time reading everyone’s comments on the matter. He further denied any and all speculations about him having any sort of cosmetic surgery. He shared that the actual reason behind his changed appearance was a strict diet and exercise. He was quoted as saying:
“Hi doston, Had a great time reading all the comments regarding my surgery. I also felt the same after looking at my changed facial structure, as if I had gone under the knife. But it’s just 60 minutes of cardio and one hour of strength training supported by a strict diet. It does wonders, trust me.”
In the same text, Bhuvan Bam added that the second picture used for comparison was almost a decade old. He added that it’s natural for a person to change in that time. However, he did admit to getting surgery, not a cosmetic but a medical one, for a painful mucocele. He further thanked his fans for their opinions. Bhuvan was quoted as saying:
“Also, the second photo is almost a decade old. So, naturally, people’s appearance changes. A few weeks ago, I underwent a lip surgery because of a painful boil, also known as ‘mucocele’. It had to be removed because I’ve been prepping up for a show and had to be in a certain look. But thank you for your opinions which are just ‘andhere mein lath ghumaana (doing guess work)’. Take care all. Lots of Love.”

Prior to Bhuvan Bam responding to the rumours, the internet was left divided; while some users believed he had something done, others didn’t agree. A user penned, “He looks extremely different!!! Most probably on hair medication, his jawline does look different.” A comment read, “There are definitely changes to the jawline which are not because of diet and exercise. The shape has changed and become more even. Probably fillers, but then again, it’s not surgery, so that’s smart wordplay. I wouldn’t have recognised him in a million years.”
Others disagreed and said, “Guys, I feel it’s just a general glow-up with him taking care of himself more than ever. Don’t see a reason why he would go for surgery.” However, once the actor had spoken up, netizens once again were curious and said, “I wish every ‘celeb’ could clarify gossip like this on the sub.” Another penned, “Frame this Reply by BB in the coming days.
