Meghan Markle gets by with a little help from her husband.
The Duchess of Sussex revealed the role Prince Harry plays in her ability to find “balance” as a working mother running a business.
The “Confessions of a Female Founder” host made the admission during Tuesday’s episode while praising guest Tina Knowles for “instilling” a work ethic in daughters Beyoncé and Solange Knowles.
Markle, however, noted that maintaining balance while working towards a goal is “one of the hardest lessons” to learn.
“Even for me, I hear you saying that and I’m integrating that,” the As Ever creator said, inhaling deeply into her microphone.
She explained that some of her methods for slowing down and “enjoying” life involved “tak[ing] a minute to breathe” — and “hav[ing] a date night.”
Markle, 43, excitedly told Knowles, “[Harry and I] have a date night tonight.”
While the “Suits” alum did not go into detail on her plans with the Duke of Sussex, 40, the pair recently enjoyed a night out to see Beyoncé in concert.
The duo attended the May 9 “Cowboy Carter” tour stop at Los Angeles’s SoFi Stadium.
Markle posted smiling snaps via Instagram the following day, writing, “About last night…. Thank you @beyonce and team for an amazing concert (and a very fun date night)! All love.”
She and the former military pilot have been married since May 2018, celebrating their wedding anniversary last month.
The “Deal or No Deal” alum marked “seven years of marriage” and “a lifetime of stories” with an Instagram post featuring never-before-seen shots.
She and Harry are the parents of Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 3, whom Markle gushed about on Tuesday’s podcast.
In addition to expressing disbelief over her son’s age, Markle spoke about possibly collaborating with her daughter in the future.
“I wonder if one day I’ll be in business with Lili and we’ll be building something,” the former actress mused.
