It was after six years of marriage that the couple on June 3, 2025 shared of embracing parenthood. Yes! You read that right. Kajol and Ankit have been blessed with their first child, a boy. The couple has been on cloud nine as their little bundle of joy entered their lives after an entire six years.

Kajol and Ankit are having the best time of their lives as their little prince has arrived. She shared a couple of pictures with her husband, Ankit, nephew, and she was seen holding a slateboard that had ‘It’s a boy’ written on it. The actress was seen wearing a brown-hued body-fitting gown while Ankit also twinned with her. It looked like the pictures were from Kajol’s pregnancy shoot, as her nephew was also seen giving a sweet kiss to her tummy. In one of the wholesome pictures, Ankit was also seen giving a kiss to Kajol on the forehead, and the snap was all things adorable.

One of her fans commented on her Instagram post, “Wowwwww congratulations akka mahakaal bless you always akka lots of blessings from mahakaal to new born.” One fan wanted to know if Kajol had a normal or a c-section delivery and wrote, “Many many congratulations girl..more strength to u..is it normal of c c-section? One user also shared, “Many congratulations to the beautiful mother of baby boy and lots of love to baby boy.”

It was a while back when Kajol had given her fans a sneak peek into the nine-month journey to motherhood. As seen in the clip, the actress was seen sitting on a boat and was unaware that she was expecting a miracle back then. Kajol then credited her trip to Maldives as the most transformative trip of her life as she and Ankit came to know that they were expecting a baby. She also revealed that God has miraculous plans for everyone, and in a soulful video, she captioned her nine-month pregnancy journey as:

How Kajol Srivastav and Ankit Khare met?
Kajol earlier in an interview with the Hindustan Times, shared that Ankit is his real sister’s devar and back then she was not even thinking of marriage. Kajol gave the credit to Ankit’s mom, who saw her and proposed the idea of marrying her son, which the actress was not ready to accept initially. However, things were not paused there, and she was made to think about her decision to marry Ankit. In her words:
“I was made to reconsider my decision about Ankit by my parents too. So when I started talking to him and when I got to know him, he came across as a really good man. In fact, even though he is living in the US, he has told me to continue working on TV post marriage and that he would work things out for us. Isn’t it sweet?”
