Jacob & Co. is debuting a collaboration with Bugatti and Lalique on Tuesday. Together, the luxury brands created the Bugatti Calandre table clock, which is priced at $240,000 with only 99 pieces available.
The Bugatti Calandre table clock features a Lalique-crafted crystal case and pays homage to past generations of Bugatti artistry, integrating heritage with the future of the idiosyncratic automotive marque.

Among the subtle details featured in the table clock, two intricately sculpted dancing elephants — an homage to Rembrandt Bugatti, the sculptor and brother of Ettore Bugatti — feature in the sleek design, leaning symmetrically toward one another with Lalique’s signature crafted case.
Calandre serves as a nod to Bugatti’s French roots. Grille details are featured throughout the table clock as well. Above the grille elements of the Bugatti Calandre table clock sits the Bugatti logo, known as the Bugatti Macaron. The logo features a deep red hue, recognizable to car enthusiasts and collectors worldwide.
The Jacob & Co., Bugatti and Lalique Bugatti Calandre Table Clock is available in limited quantities on Tuesday.

Final touches to the table clock include distinct elements behind the horseshoe grille. Jacob & Co. fitted a clock caliber with a vertical flying tourbillon to reference Bugatti’s recently released Bugatti Tourbillon hyper sports car. The addition doubles as a nod to the tourbillon’s original purpose — to increase accuracy in vertically positioned timepieces.

Jacob & Co. has recently explored other collaborations, including a heritage watch crafted in collaboration with Salman Khan from last March. “The World Is Yours” timepiece, featuring a unique design and bold colorways, was priced at $34,000 upon release.
