Jodie Comer began her “28 Years Later” promotional tour in New York City on Monday. The Emmy Award-winning actress stars in the forthcoming post-apocalyptic horror film alongside Aaron Taylor-Johnson, directed by Oscar-winner Danny Boyle.
For her NYC outing, Comer opted for a design courtesy of Calvin Klein Collection’s fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection. The actress’ midi dress featured contrasting fabric, with a fitted sheath fabric on the bodice and lower half of the skirt in a shade of olive, contrasted by a neutral fabric below the hips with a glossy sheen.

The sleeveless dress featured a rounded neckline and form-fitting silhouette for added definition. The skirt included a loose fit at the knee. Comer coordinated the look with a pair of strappy sandal heels in a metallic gold shade. She also wore a pair of sunglasses.
Comer’s dress made its runway debut as part of New York Fashion Week last February. The fashion show marked creative director Veronica Leoni‘s debut collection for the American fashion brand; she previously served such fashion house’s and brands as Jil Sander, Céline, Moncler and The Row.

“It was that quintessential everyday American wardrobe she wanted to bring up to date, alongside Klein’s tailoring, lightening construction without sacrificing the neat and sharp look,” Booth Moore wrote in WWD’s review of the collection.
“She played with the workaday knee-length silhouette as seen on Eleanor in ‘Severance’ that can read sexy/subversive, but did not necessarily here. Tailoring hopscotched from lean and narrow with stovepipe pants, to roomy and elongated to pajama-style ease, some pieces offset by soft layers,” Moore wrote.

The eponymous designer praised the show, telling WWD, “I loved it. I loved the coats. I started in coats, and I thought they were so dramatic and inventive and architectural,” Klein said. “The tailoring was beautiful. The fabrics are quite wonderful. I loved the dresses too. For a start, it was quite extraordinary.”
“28 Years Later” follows a group of survivors nearly three decades after a virus ravages the planet. The film hits theaters June 20.
