Taking to their IG handle a while ago, on June 1, 2025, Nakuul Mehta and Jankee Parekh announced the greatest news of their lives, as they are all set to embrace parenthood for the second time. They dropped several cutesy photos, wherein the second-time mom-to-be, Jankee, was seen flaunting her baby bump while wearing a strappy grey-toned maxi dress. In one of the photos, Jankee was seen flaunting her baby bump, while Nakuul gave a piggyback ride to their son, Sufi, while kissing his wifey darling.
In another photo, a painting of the four family members could also be seen, and it was simply adorable. Yet in another photo, the to-be big brother, Sufi, was seen holding the painting, and he looked excited about the arrival of his sibling. The carousel of photos screamed love and joy, and the to-be-parents looked delighted as they are going to hop onto this journey together with their toddler. Sharing the photos, Nakuul penned an adorable note, wherein he stated that their baby boy is ready to take on more responsibilities, and they are too. Sharing that they are expecting for the second time, Nakuul wrote:
“The boy is ready for additional responsibility. So are we. We are accepting blessings, again.”
When Nakuul Mehta talked about his and Jankee’s unique and adorable parenting approach for Sufi
While Nakuul Mehta is an amazing actor, he is also a hands-on dad to Sufi, and he proved the same, while talking about his parenting style once in an interview with the Hindustan Times. The actor said that he never limits his son within himself and never imposes stereotypes on him about what a man or woman should do. He stated that he and Jankee had discussed this in their house that pharses like ‘men don’t cry’ should never be used in front of Sufi, but as they have an extensive family, such comments often occur, which led to continuous struggles.
In the same interview, Nakuul Mehta shared that he wants his son to express himself by every means and never get burdened by society, which differentiates men from women. Nakuul also talks to his son about his day so that he can have the idea that both his parents work hard in their respective careers, so they are allowed to have weak days, too. He shared that he never stopped himself from expressing his emotions in front of his baby boy, which makes him feel open.
