Although, they are going through a bitter-sweet time due to the actress’s liver cancer diagnosis, Saba shared how Dipika continues to guide her in the new phase.
Saba Ibrahim reveals she is following Dipika Kakar’s advice to look after her newborn son
Saba Ibrahim recently shared a new vlog on her YouTube channel where she and her husband, Niyaz (Sunny), showcased their initial days as new parents. The couple revealed that they were busy after there were concerns that their newborn son had jaundice. But, things soon became even. Amid other updates, Saba revealed that she is following suggestions from her sister-in-law, Dipika Kakar, who embraced motherhood two years ago. In her words:
“I have been doing everything that Dipika Bhabhi taught me. She advised me to play white noise for the little one so that he gets a peaceful sleep. We wanted to do things a different way, but we will celebrate after Bhabhi recovers.”
Saba and Sunny also added that Dipika’s presence during their arrival with their newborn son would have made things perfect. The latter added that he had planned to bring gifts and sweets at the joyous occasion. However, they didn’t do it due to Dipika’s health concerns, and everyone is praying for the actress’s wellbeing. The duo also requested their fans to pray for the actress’s speedy recovery.
Dipika Kakar shared about her cancer diagnosis through an Instagram post
Earlier, Shoaib Ibrahim revealed that Dipika Kakar was diagnosed with a tennis-ball-sized tumour in her liver. However, her surgery was delayed due to a fever. Later, the actress shared a note on her Instagram handle and revealed that what started as a pain in the upper part of her stomach had been diagnosed as stage 2 liver cancer. She revealed that the past two weeks have been difficult for her. Despite that, the actress remained hopeful for her speedy recovery. Dipika penned:
“I am all positive, determined to face this and walk out stronger, InshAllah! With my entire family being by my side and all the love and prayers pouring in from all of you, I will sail through this, too.”
