Actor Ajay Devgn once again clarified that his daughter, Nysa Devgan, has no plans to enter the film industry. The 56-year-old was present at the trailer launch of ‘Maa’ with his wife and actor Kajol, where he spoke about Nysa’s future plans.

When asked if the 22-year-old is interested in working in movies, Devgn clearly stated ‘not yet.’ He said, “At the moment, she is not interested in this kind of work.”

Nysa is a prominent name in Bollywood’s social circle. The young girl has been clicked partying out with her friends, including a few star kids from the industry. While her social media presence is notable, the girl has not yet shown interest in entering Bollywood to be an actor.

Both Kajol and Ajay have said many times in the past that Nysa has shared no ambitions to enter Bollywood yet.

At the trailer launch of ‘Maa’, a film starring Kajol, Ajay Devgn also spoke about female actors, especially new mothers, increasingly demanding an eight-hour work shift during shooting. The producer shared that most of the filmmakers have come on board with the request and have found no issues with the same.

He explained, “It’s not that it’s not going well with people. People understand. Most of the honest filmmakers, I would say, will not have a problem with this and, apart from this, being a mother and working for eight hours, usually, people have started working eight to nine hours in a shift. So I think it’s person-to-person, that most of the industry does understand.”

Meanwhile, ‘Maa’, directed by Vishal Furia, is slated to hit the screens on June 27.
