For her shoot, Malvika donned a red-toned bikini, consisting of a tube top and a mini sarong-type skirt. The top had rose-petal patterns that made it look extremely girl-coded, while the skirt had a rose motif made on one side.
In the photos, the mom-to-be could be seen flaunting her bare baby bump, which was decked with small floral appliques. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Malvika Raaj talked about her reaction to her pregnancy. The actress said that she was shocked by the news, and it took her husband, Pranav, some time to comprehend that they are actually going to be parents. The duo first remained baffled and kept staring at each other, until they laughed and got emotional eventually. The actress also shared that she’s in her second trimester now, and like any other mom-to-be, she has been facing challenges as well, but she has been preparing well and is now confident.
In the same interview, Malvika talked about her prenatal care. She added that she joined a wellness retreat two weeks back and feels that prenatal care is a must for would-be moms to deal with the challenges. Prenatal care, like yoga, breathing exercises and wellness regimens, are what Malvika shared as a good choice.
