Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader, Tejashwi and his wife, Rajshri, are now on cloud nine as they welcome their second baby. For the unversed, the couple tied the knot in 2021. Taking to his official X handle (formerly Twitter), Tejashwi shared the good news. On May 27, 2025, the new father, Tejashwi announced that it’s a baby boy.
Tejashwi Yadav shares the good news for the second time
For the uninitiated, Tejashwi and Rajshri welcomed their first baby after two years of marriage. It was a girl child, Katyayani, who came to this world in March 2023. Now, Tejashwi has become a father to two beautiful kids. Taking to his X handle, he shared the good news. Tejashwi wrote:
“Good Morning! The wait is finally over! So grateful, blessed and pleased to announce the arrival of our little boy. Jai Hanuman!”

On May 27, 2025, Tejashwi’s sister, Rohini also posted the good news and congratulated the newbie parents. She also congratulated the little bundle of joy’s sister, Katyayani, who is now a proud didi. Sharing the joyous moment of the family, Rohini posted some adorable pictures of the new born and screenshots featuring Lalu Prasad and the family members. Taking to her X handle (formerly Twitter), she wrote:
“Congratulations to the proud parents, dada dadi and congratulations to the proud sister katyayani . Lots of love and blessings to our junior tutu.”

Tejashwi Yadav and Rajshri’s marriage
Tejashwi tied the knot with Rajshri in December 2021. The couple reportedly dated for many years before marriage. Tejashwi and Rajshri had a low-key marriage with only a few guests, including family members and former Uttar Pradesh CM Akhilesh Yadav and his wife, Dimple Yadav. According to a report by The Print, Rajshri was born as Rachel and belonged to a Christian family who resided in Haryana. According to the sources, the duo studied together at DPS school in RK Puram, New Delhi.
On December 9, 2021, Tejashwi’s sister, Rohini confirmed their marriage and congratulated the then-new couple, Tejashwi and Rachel. Taking to her X handle (formerly Twitter), she posted a picture from their wedding and penned down a short note. Later, Tej Pratap, the elder brother of Tejashwi, also tweeted some beautiful pictures from the duo’s dreamy marriage to congratulate his little brother and his wife and wish him happiness for their new journey.
