However, it was during a class at the Khan GS Research Center that he revealed that he had recently tied the knot. Khan Sir shared the news of his marriage with the students
According to several reports, Khan Sir got married in the early days of May 2025. He shared the joyous news with his students and revealed that he got married during the tense period between India and Pakistan. He added that he wanted to share the news with his students first, as they play a pivotal role in who he is today. He was quoted as saying:
“I have told you all first because my existence is thanks to all of you.”
Khan Sir’s marriage reception
Digital invitations have been sent for the grand reception on June 2, 2025, in Patna. The student feast has also been set for June 6, 2025. Both events will remain limited in scale, which is in line with Khan Sir’s personal style. While Khan Sir’s wife’s details or name have not been made public, even the invite refers to her as AS Khan. As the online followers of Khan Sir are intrigued and curious to see who stole the heart of the big educator, the wait seems to be a little longer. He stated:
“After the reception on June 2, I will be hosting a special wedding feast for all my students on June 6.”
Khan Sir’s reason behind having a private wedding
Khan Sir is known for his private lifestyle, and his wedding seemed to be in line with this. However, he revealed that there was a bigger reason behind his private wedding. He revealed that they kept the wedding down low because of the increasing tension at the Indo-Pak border at the time. Nonetheless, since his marriage date was already fixed and his mother wanted him to get married, he couldn’t deny her wish. He was quoted as saying:
“Meri shaadi ki tareekh tay ho gayi thi. Isi dauraan Pakistan aur Bharat ke beech yudh shuru ho gaya, jis kaaran saade tareeke se shaadi ki gayi. Mere chhote bhaiyon ne maa se keh kar meri shaadi kara di aur maa ki baat taali nahi ja sakti thi.”
