“There’s also ‘fraturdays,’ where you have to shoot for so long on Friday nights that you work until like midday on Saturday to make your week. However, there are so many perks like access to areas most people can only dream of, random conversations with talent, or finding a human connection that can ground you when you’re in an elevator with a huge star and they’re anxious about taking off their shirt in a scene.
So much food. Like an ungodly amount of food. Everywhere. All the time.
Some things cost an absolute insane amount of money that producers and people higher up than you will fight tooth and nail for, spit in each other’s faces over, and then the piece of glass or special item or whatever that they NEEDED to be in the scene they will decide to cut from an edit weeks later like it was no big deal.”
