Chrissy Teigen underwent a mysterious facial procedure that sparked concern among her fans.

The model’s face was all bandaged up as she filmed herself from what looked like a hospital bed in an Instagram Live video Thursday.

Teigen, 39, looked swollen in her cheeks as gauze were wrapped all the way around her chin, neck and head.

Despite appearing to have just undergone a serious operation, Teigen was seen smiling.

Fans flooded the comments section of the livestream to check in on Teigen and speculate on whether she had a cosmetic procedure.

“You okay?” one person asked.

“Surgery face, oh girl,” another guessed.

Teigen did not clarify why her face was swaddled in bandages and her rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The former “Lip Sync Battle” host has been candid about her cosmetic surgery in the past.

In March 2020, Teigen revealed that she had breast implants put in at the beginning of her career when she was 20.

Two months later, she told fans that she was having the implants removed because she was “just over it.”

“I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort!” she explained at the time, adding, “Don’t worry about me. All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a tit is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat.”

She also had a breast lift surgery — which she has proudly flaunted by showing off her scars.

In 2021, Teigen underwent a buccal fat removal surgery to remove the fat from her cheeks.

“I did that Dr. Diamond buccal fat removal thing here,” Teigen shared in an Instagram video at the time. “And since I quit drinking, I’m really seeing the results, and I like it. Yeah, I did it, what?”

In 2017, Teigen also copped to getting liposuction in her armpits.

“I had an armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things,” she revealed to Refinery29 at a cosmetics event. “It’s a big secret, but I don’t care.”

“It made me feel better in dresses; I felt more confident,” she added. “It was the dumbest, stupidest thing I’ve ever done. The dumbest, but I like it, whatever. I have no regrets, honestly.”

Ironically, Teigen once joked to reporters that “everything about [her] is fake except [her] cheeks.”

Aside from going under the knife, Teigen got Botox in her armpits to control her sweating.
