    UAE firm operating in Pakistan sponsored ‘spy’ YouTuber’s travel: Sources

    Among the several sponsorships received by ‘spy’ YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra for her travel vlogs, of particular interest to the investigative agencies is the one she received from a UAE-based travel company, sources said.

    Multiple videos of Jyoti, who has been arrested for allegedly spying for Pakistan, have been sponsored by the firm Wego, which also has a licence to operate in Pakistan. The Haryana-based travel vlogger is presently in Haryana Police custody.

    Police sources said all her sponsors were being analysed. Jyoti, who runs the YouTube channel called ‘Travel with Jo’, has around 4 lakh subscribers on the platform. She also has 1,32,000 followers on Instagram.
