Salman Khan is set to return with his popular reality show, ‘Bigg Boss 19’. As per reports, the show is returning in July and the actor will shoot for the promo at the end of June. This news comes amid reports of an alleged rift between Colors TV and the show’s production house, Banijay Asia.

As per Pinkvilla, ‘Bigg Boss Season 19’ is happening and will now be produced by Endemol Shine India. The upcoming season is expected to deliver all the drama, challenges, and entertainment fans have come to love.

Adding to the excitement, Salman Khan is reportedly believed to return as host. The 59-year-old actor is set to shoot the first promo for ‘Bigg Boss 19’ by the end of June, with the new season likely to premiere in late July.

Other than this, ‘Bigg Boss’ has also ventured into the digital space, with three OTT seasons released so far. The first season was hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar. While there was initial skepticism from fans, he eventually won them over with his approach to managing the contestants. Divya Agarwal took home the trophy, while Nishant Bhatt ended up as the runner-up in the debut OTT edition.

Previously, according to a source, ‘Bigg Boss’ and ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ may find a new home on Sony due to creative differences between the channel and the production house. The talks are already on. Earlier, India Today Digital had exclusively reported that the future of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ was uncertain after the producer of the reality show, Banijay Asia, pulled out at the last minute.
