Tommy Lee and Brittany Furlan’s split has snagged the FBI’s attention.
The comedian was catfished by a man she believed to be Ronnie Radke while married to Lee — and the Falling in Reverse frontman claimed the Department of Justice is looking into it.
The “flabbergasted” singer, 41, told TMZ Tuesday that “multiple other girls” besides Furlan were “tricked and duped” by the individual pretending to be him.
“The FBI is now involved,” Radke alleged. “It’s a felony. It’s a crime. It’s pretty serious, I guess.”
When asked whether he would be working with officials, the former Escape the Fate member told the outlet he “already did.”
He claimed, “I sent them some stuff. They’re gonna find out who it is. I want to prove to everyone it’s not me.”
Reps for Furlan and Lee have yet to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
Furlan dragged Radke into her headline-making breakup news with a TikTok on Friday, one day after TMZ reported the split.
“I told my husband everything. I said, ‘I’ve been talking to whoever I thought this was on Snapchat, he says it’s not him.’ … I [came] clean,” she alleged in the bombshell video, saying the person had been harassing her.
The former Vine star continued, “This is embarrassing for me, embarrassing for my husband. This whole f–king thing is embarrassing.”
Furlan, who married Lee in February 2019 after two years together, disclosed in the upload that she is currently living in a hotel.
Radke initially thought Furlan and Lee, 62, were “pranking” him when he got “upset” DMs from the couple “adamant” that he was “obsessed” with them.
While Radke got “mad” at first, he now “feel[s] bad” and issued an apology to the pair.
“I f–king love Tommy,” the musician gushed. “I’m a huge fan of f–king Mötley Crüe and Tommy, so Tommy if you’re watching this, much respect.”
As for his thoughts on Furlan, Radke insisted he is “not attracted to” the newly single actress, whom he has “never spoken to once” before the drama.
“Sorry, I don’t know what to tell you,” he told the paparazzo before abruptly ending the interview.
Before Furlan’s catfish reveal, TMZ reported that Lee’s drinking — and alleged unwillingness to get sober — was at the center of their split.
The rocker had previously hinted at their marriage woes by unfollowing his wife on Instagram and sharing a cryptic video to his Story.
