Alia Bhatt is set to make her Cannes debut this year. However, after she shared an emotional post for the Indian soldiers following the Pahalgam attack and Operation Sindoor, there has been speculation that she might have cancelled her plans for the Cannes festival. However, there has been no official confirmation regarding this.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Alpha, co-starring Sharvari. She has also teamed up with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Love & War, which features Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal in key roles.
The film is expected to release on March 20, 2026. Previously, Alia worked with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Gangubai Kathiawadi, which was a box office success.
