Arya Badai stepped into the world of acting when she was in class 12 after being offered a role in Officer. Soon, tied the knot and got her first major soap, Maharani, before she took a maternity break. The breakthrough in Arya’s came with Badai Bungalow, where she gradually became a regular and entered into the comedy genre, making her a household name. Alongside, she was a part of Sthreedhanam, some films, a cookery show and Bigg Boss Malayalam season 2, where she gained more recognition. The actress has also hosted a number of shows like Chill Bowl, Yuva Awards, Melam Marakkatha Swadh and Start Music Aaradhyam Paadum etc. 
Arya Badai was married with a daughter in her 20s, before she got divorced in 2018
Before finding her true love with Sibin, Arya was earlier married to an IT engineer, Rohit Suseelan. For those unaware, he is the brother of Archana Suseelan. During their marriage, the former couple also welcomed a daughter and named her Roya, a mix of letters from both their names. But after a certain point they decided to part ways in 2018. However, the already difficult phase became more challenging for Arya after fans accused her of cheating on her husband.
But, later, as per Manorama, Arya shared that she was in her early 20s when she tied the knot, became a mother and parted ways with her former husband. The actress admitted that she felt too young and emotionally unprepared to manage her marriage, which eventually affected her first marriage. However, she continues to share a cordial bond with Rohit, and they look after their daughter. She also requested fans to give him privacy after he remarried. Although Arya never shared the exact reason for separation, she slammed trolls and said:
“Is cheating on your partner the only reason for divorce? Have I ever confessed that we got divorced because I had another lover? My ex – husband or my family have also not said anything. Divorce was an entirely personal decision taken by me and my husband. Not even our families know the exact reason for that.”

There is a common perception that young kids might not gell well with a new addition to their parent’s life, but this wasn’t the case with Arya. Despite the actress keeping a low profile, her fans were quick to ask her if her 10-year-old daughter was on board with her engagement. Expressing her delight, Arya shared a snap of the trio. For those unaware, Arya, who was earlier unlucky in love, shared how she craved a companion and once even thought of ending her life, but her daughter became her strength through it. Sharing how Roya reacted to the news in her engagement announcement, the actress penned:
“Thank you, Sibin, for being my biggest support system, for being the calm to all my chaos, for being the shoulder that I peacefully lean on, for being the best daddy to our daughter, for being the best of the best friends to me and Khushi, for being the rock to our whole family. I finally feel COMPLETE. My heart and my mind have finally found the pleasure of being in PEACE. And I have found my HOME in your arms..”
