The actress, who has undergone a lot in her personal life only to come out stronger, launched her fashion label, Chapter 2, in 2024. The Bengali beauty also has a podcast with the same name, and there is a piece of great news for all the fashion goers. Rhea’s latest guests on her podcast were Ashni Biyani and Kishore Biyani, who immediately funded her brand, and very soon it will have its first physical store.

Rhea’s brand, Chapter 2, reflects her idea that everyone has the right to express and re-invent with a sense of not compromising on individualism and one’s liberty. She and Showik, with the team, have worked hard for the brand, and now in her podcast, when top luminaries of the Indian retail domain- Ashni Biyani and Kishore Biyani arrived as guests, they got interested in Chapter 2 and instantly invested Rs. 1 crore in the same. Rhea, speaking to them in the podcast, shared:
“We started on August 15 of last year, and as of January and February, where we sit, we are at 50 lakh revenue a month. And we have also made a profit of Rs.6- 7 lakh. We are looking to grow and scale maybe to Rs. 1 crore revenue in the next 2-3 months. 15 to 20% every month. And we are looking to open our own retail store in a month or so.”
Rhea’s experiential store would be more than just a shopping hub. It would use fashion in its best means to communicate and develop deeper bonds. Ashni and Kishore loved Rhea’s idea where she revealed of personally looking to raise Rs. 1 crore since they were already doing Rs. 50 lakh monthly, and now the investors became ready to give her 10% pre-money. Rhea, shared the good news by taking on her Instagram handle to write:
“We pitched. No filters no guarantees. Just belief, bruises, and a big idea. They said yes. Chapter 2 begins. Built on breakdowns, breakthroughs, and blind faith. This is not just a brand It’s our second chance — and we’re taking it personally. My co-founder @showikk.”
