Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda, recently posted several pictures on Instagram, offering fans a glimpse into her life at the renowned Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Ahmedabad. She began her Blended Post Graduate Programme (BPGP) for an MBA at the institute in September last year. In her latest post, Navya shared photos with her friends and classmates, expressing how the campus has now become her second home. Her mother, Shweta Bachchan, also commented on the post.

The first photo shared by Navya Nanda features her sitting with friends on the IIM-A campus. Another shot highlights a dimly lit corridor within the institute. In a third image, Navya is seen posing with some of her batchmates on the college grounds, with the famous red-brick building of the institute in the background. One picture captures her enjoying noodles, samosas, and fries, while another shows her seated in the canteen with her friends. She captioned the post, “A campus that turned into home.”
Shweta Bachchan responded to the picture of Navya eating noodles, simply commenting, “Yumm.” Meanwhile, many fans expressed their admiration for Navya’s down-to-earth nature. One user wrote, “I love maggi! And your simplicity! You are beautiful inside out,” while another praised her choice to focus on corporate skills and social entrepreneurship, saying, “Coming from such a legendary lineage, yet you chose to get yourself skilled in the corporate space backed with social entrepreneurship acumen, made me a fan. Keep shining.” A third user commented, “Such a grounded and intelligent girl, Navya Nanda..Best wishes.”
In September of last year, Navya Nanda posted a picture as she enrolled at IIM Ahmedabad, sharing her excitement with the caption, “Dreams do come true!!!!!! The next 2 years… with the best people & faculty! Blended Post Graduate Programme (BPGP) Class of 2026.”
Navya Naveli Nanda, the granddaughter of Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, decided to pursue a career in business rather than entering Bollywood. In a recent interview with Elle India, she shared that she grew up in Delhi, where much of her childhood was spent listening to her father discuss business, particularly tractors. From an early age, this sparked her interest. “I never wanted to join films; I wanted to be an entrepreneur,” Nanda revealed.
