Raid 2 did quite well in its second weekend as Rs. 25.62 crores came in. Yes, around Rs. 30 crores was possible in a regular scenario but then it is what it is because on the flip side, the film could well have struggled to collect even Rs. 10 crores had any major panic set in. In such a scenario, it’s about doing the best in its best capacity and that’s what Raid 2 is doing.

On Sunday, the film brought in Rs. 12.09 crores more and that’s further jump over Saturday’s numbers. That’s a very good sign because flat collections would have meant that Monday may well have seen a notable drop. For now, it looks like Rs. 3.50-4 crores could well be on the cards and from Friday numbers of Rs. 5.01 crores, this would be a reasonable hold.

The Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh starrer now stands at Rs. 124.51 crores and by the close of second week, it would have touched Rs. 135 crores. The weekend gone by has also given it a big push towards that Rs. 150 crores milestone and it will reach there within three weeks itself.

Note: All collections as per various box office sources
