The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially revised the exam schedule for CA Final, CA Intermediate, and International Taxation – Assessment Test or the INTT-AT papers that were earlier set between May 9 and May 14, 2025. The new exam dates now stretch from May 16 to May 24, 2025.
The update came via an ICAI notification dated May 10, and the reason behind the rescheduling is the improved security situation across the country. This decision gives ICAI better logistical ease to conduct the exams safely.
But here’s the key part — there are no changes in exam centres or timings. All exams will still be held from 2 pm to 5 pm, with some extended till 6 pm for papers marked with an asterisk (*). And yes, your admit cards remain valid — you don’t need to download new ones.

CA FOUNDATION EXAMS NOT AFFECTED
Don’t worry if you’re a CA Foundation student — the exam schedule for Foundation remains the same. Dates are May 15, 17, 19, and 21, 2025.

No need to panic or reapply. Just follow these:
- Stick to your original admit card
- Stay updated through www.icai.org
- Don’t assume postponements if any new date turns into a holiday
ICAI has made it clear: the new dates are final. So mark your calendars accordingly.
