Ahead of the band’s first tour in more than 15 years, Oasis‘ full catalog is now available in Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos on Apple Music.

Grammy-winning engineer Ryan Hewitt was commissioned by the band’s Big Brother Recordings Ltd. label to re-create the mixes from scratch, spending 18 months on the ambitious project.

“Honoring the original mixes, and the original intention of the sound of these records, which are so loud and explosive, and transferring that to Dolby Atmos was one of the greatest challenges of my career,” Hewitt says. “These records sounded big in the first place, and now they sound even bigger on Apple Music in Spatial Audio while honoring the original spirit of the recordings.”

Hewitt joined Apple Music’s The Matt Wilkinson Show to discuss the project, and their conversation is now available to listen to on demand.

It was a happy accident that this release arrived just ahead of Oasis reuniting on the road this summer, because the project started long before there was any inkling that could happen. But now the once-warring Gallagher brothers — Liam and Noel — have 41 dates scheduled this year for the Oasis Live ’25 Tour, starting in Cardiff, Wales, on July 4 and hitting their Manchester, England, hometown, followed by London, Edinburgh and Dublin. Then it’s off to North America, starting Aug. 24 in Toronto and continuing with international dates through Nov. 23.

Below, find a full list of albums that Hewitt re-created in Spatial Audio.
