Recently, their nutritionists revealed how some celebrities were left unhappy with their stay due to their food choices.
Celebrity Nutritionist Khyati Rupani revealed how Rishi Kapoor was the unhappiest patient ever admitted to Lilavati Hospital
Celebrity nutritionist, Khyati Rupani talked about Rishi Kapoor’s stay at Lilavati during one of his treatments. She stated that since Lilavati is a vegetarian hospital, Rishi Kapoor was the unhappiest patient. Khyati added that he didn’t like his food being cut from his plate, but his wife, Neetu Kapoor, would often instruct them not to give him gulab jamun and many other such things. Khyati revealed that he went out extremely irritated. She said:
“See, Mr. Rishi Kapoor was somebody who hated his food being cut. Mrs. Neetu Kapoor was always like ‘Inko mat do, inko kyo gulab jamun diya hai.’ And see, Lilavati is a vegetarian hospital. Ek restrication aa gya. So yes, he was one of the very unhappy clients. I tried doing everything. But I think he went irritated only.”
Celeb Nutritionist revealed Saif Ali Khan cribbing about dessert after his surgery
Not only Rishi Kapoor but Saif Ali Khan was also not happy with the food served on his plate as he wanted desserts, but due to his surgery, he wasn’t allowed the same. Talking about the same, Khyati revealed that when Saif was admitted to the Lilavati hospital for his angioplasty, he complained about not being served with desserts. After which, they came up with custards and jelly to satiate his sweet tooth. Talking about it, Khyati said:
“The second one was Mr. Saif Ali Khan. I know he was there recently, but back then, he had come for an angioplasty. So he was very particular about why is there no dessert. I am like you just had an angioplasty sir. I am not going to. So, then I worked it out, I went to the kitchen and I decided let’s not give him regular desserts, let’s give him something healthier. So, we used to make custards. We used to make a jelly and we used to give him.”
Celeb Nuritionists called Amitabh Bachchan the ‘nicest’ client
Talking about the nicest clients, the celeb nutritionists stumbled upon Amitabh Bachchan. Khyati revealed that he is one of the nicest clients. She had a quick interaction with him during his mother, Teji Bachchan’s stay at the hospital for eleven months. She said:
You said name someone very nice, I must mention Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. Mrs. Teji Bachchan was in the hospital for 11 months. Her feed used to go late sometime. It’s an operation ok we are feeding 400 beds. One fine day I went because the complaint was second time in the week. I went to meet her Mr. Bachchan was there. The nurse was blasting on me. But Mr. Bachchan was like, ‘Beta try and get on time.’ After that I made it my only job inka pehle jayega.”
