    Vikrant Massey Believes That ‘Modelling’s NOT An Actor’s Job’ As He Supports Florence Pugh’s Comment

    Vikrant Massey is one of the most talented actors in the Hindi film industry, whose acting skills never skip a chance to strike a chord in the hearts of the audience. The actor made his debut with the serial, Dhoom Machaao Dhoom, and went on to work on several television series and movies. His acting performance in the movie, 12th Fail proved to be a sleeper hit, and it brought a whole lot of fame for him. Vikrant is someone who never shies away from speaking his mind. Recently, he shared a story wherein there was a comment about actors trying modelling.

    Vikrant Massey believes that ‘Modelling is not an actor’s job’

    Taking to his IG handle, Vikrant Massey shared a newspaper article about Florence Pugh, wherein a comment was highlighted, which could be read as “Modelling is not an actor’s job.” The actor shared the photo as he agreed with the same. As soon as Vikrant shared the story, it grabbed people’s attention as they thought it could be a dig. Vikrant shared the post by penning down:

    “She spoke my mind.”

    When Vikrant Massey took a break from acting

    It was back in 2025, when Vikrant Massey left everyone shocked after he announced his break from the film industry. People misinterpreted the same and though Vikrant has quit films, while he took a break only. Later, he was spotted at the screening of his latest film, The Sabarmati Report, alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi, wherein he was asked about the same. Clearing the air about him quitting films, Vikrant said that all he wanted to do was to take a break, and his post, in no way, meant that he would leave acting.

    Vikrant Massey revealed the reason for taking a break

    Later, in an interview with Aaj Tak, Vikrant Massey talked about his decision to take a break from acting. Talking about the same, the actor shared that after the success of 12th Fail, he got the life that he always wanted, and thus, he wanted to live in the present for a moment. He mentioned that he wanted to take a break as everything at the end is transient, and this is the reason, why he would do only one movie a year. He also revealed that he has become a father, but he couldn’t spend quality time with him as well, and all of this led him to decide that he would take a break.

    Vikrant Massey got married to Sheetal Thakur back in 2022. The couple dated for several years. It was back in 2024 when the couple welcomed a baby boy, Vardaan, into their lives. It was on February 10, 2025, when Vardaan turned one year old, and on the occasion of the same, the couple revealed his face to the world.
