These updates come shortly after the US revealed plans to expedite its H-1B visa approval process, signaling a global shift toward streamlining immigration policies for skilled professionals.
Mandatory employment contracts for workers
One of the most significant changes Poland will implement is the introduction of mandatory employment contracts for foreign workers. Under this new policy, workers will no longer be able to join companies under civil law contracts, ensuring greater job security and protection under Polish labor laws.
