YouTube sensation MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has built his fame on jaw-dropping challenges and elaborate video concepts.
With a massive following across his multiple YouTube channels, totalling 415 million subscribers (270 million from his main channel alone), MrBeast has cemented himself as the most-subscribed creator on the platform.
In a recent episode of the ‘Beyond the Records’ podcast hosted by Noah Lyles, MrBeast unveiled one of his most ambitious projects yet: renting all three of the Egyptian Pyramids for 100 hours.
During the podcast, he explained his plan, saying, “We got all three of the Pyramids of Egypt for 100 hours. I’m gonna do a video where they let me explore anywhere I want in the Pyramids”.
An exclusive adventure
Detailing the experience further, MrBeast shared that he and his friends will have exclusive access to the Pyramids, even sleeping inside them. “I’d never been inside of it. I want to just find secrets and go through all the rooms and tombs and that kind of stuff,” he revealed.
According to Indy100, MrBeast worked directly with the Egyptian government to make this monumental project a reality. His crew will also be accompanied by a tour guide to provide historical insights and access to areas not typically open to the public.
“There are rooms that no one’s seen publicly,” MrBeast added, expressing excitement about exploring secret corridors deep beneath the ancient structures.
Despite his scepticism about ghosts, MrBeast mentioned the team will be equipped with “all sorts of gadgets to sense out ghosts.”
This ambitious project is the latest in a series of headline-grabbing ventures by MrBeast. Known for his philanthropic work, including giving away $30 million to charitable causes, and his extravagant challenges, the YouTuber has amassed a net worth of $1 billion.
MrBeast’s success has not only brought him global recognition but also sparked comparisons to figures like Cristiano Ronaldo, who rivals him in fame and global influence.
