The US state department is reviewing reports of harm to Gazans civilians by Israel‘s military as part of a new US programme that tracks cases in which foreign armies use US-made weapons to injure or kill civilians. State department spokesman Matthew Miller said on Tuesday that Biden administration was “reviewing incidents” in the war under what it calls Civilian Harm Incident Response Guidance.Miller suggested that the review was not likely to lead to short-term changes in the US’ support for Israel.
