NBC is the second major network (after CBS) to roll out its primetime lineup for fall, unveiling a mix of returning hits, new premieres, and several midseason debuts. Here’s a breakdown of the major moves and full scheduling details:
Notable Lineup Changes and Highlights
The Hunting Party, also renewed for Season 2, shifts to Thursdays at 10 p.m., following Law & Order: SVU. It replaces the now-cancelled Found. Both dramas have received full-season orders (18–22 episodes).
Comedies St. Denis Medical and Happy’s Place will launch later in the fall. St. Denis Medical premieres in November, kicking off a new Monday comedy hour. Happy’s Place returns Fridays at 8/7c in November.
New comedy The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins, starring Tracy Morgan and Daniel Radcliffe, is in contention for one of two open comedy slots (Mondays or Fridays at 8:30 p.m.). Two more pilots — Stumble, a cheerleading comedy from Trial & Error creators, and an untitled sitcom from Superstore and Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s Sierra Teller Ornelas — are filming now, with final decisions expected in June.
