In a recent promo of the reality show, Pati Patni Aur Panga, hosted by Sonali Bendre and Munawar Faruqui, popular actress, Hina Khan was seen breaking down as she spoke about her personal challenges and Rocky’s unconditional support. Talking about her struggles, she shared that it is very difficult for a partner to accept someone with ‘flaws’. In her words:
“Yeh mere liye bohot bohot bohot karta hai. Aap jab bohot emotional journey se guzar rahe hote ho toh, bohot hard hota hai ek partner ke liye marrying a woman with all her flaws.”

When Hina Khan got extremely emotional while talking about her personal struggles and flaws, Rocky Jaiswal replied to her in a heartfelt manner, which made Hina Khan smile. Rocky tried to lighten the emotional mood and replied to Hina Khan, while appreciating Hina’s beauty. Rocky Jaiswal’s reply melted everyone’s hearts on the show and after that, Rocky planted the sweetest kiss on Hina’s cheeks. He had replied:
“If flaws look like this, then I will marry her ten more times, I don’t care.”

Rocky Jaiswal supports Hina Khan during her cancer battle
The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress, Hina Khan broke the news on her Instagram handle in June 2024, that she was diagnosed with stage-3 breast cancer. In literal sense, Hina Khan’s world turned upside down at that point. But even through all the painful chemotherapy sessions and multiple emotional breakdowns, one person’s constant support helped her in this tough time, and that person was her now husband, Rocky Jaiswal. Rocky was Hina’s strongest pillar at that time.
Rocky Jaiswal’s support was much more than anyone could have imagined. All of Rocky’s gestures were widely appreciated by fans as well. Through Instagram posts and multiple interviews, Hina Khan has often spoken about what all Rocky has done for her. During Hina Khan’s battle with cancer, Rocky had shaved his head too, just to support Hina Khan. Through Instagram posts, Hina revealed that Rocky used to massage Hina’s feet and took care of her medications. Hina even described Rocky as the ‘best human’.

Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal’s love story began on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where Rocky worked as a supervising producer and Hina was the lead actress. Slowly and gradually, they became friendships, which soon turned into love. The couple initially kept their relationship private, but after dating for a few years, on the popular show, Khatron ke Khiladi, they opened up about their relationship. On June 4, 2025, the cutest couple of Indian television, tied the knot in an intimate wedding.
