Ahaan Panday is riding high with the success of his debut film, Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri, under the YRF banner. Fans are going crazy for his acting and soft-spoken demeanour. However, Ahaan not only won hearts, but interest in his personal life has intensified ever since his debut film. Initially, reports were rife that Ahaan Panday was dating influencer Shruti Chauhan, but their recent social media activity hints at their breakup.
Ahaan Panday is not dating Shruti Chauhan anymore
Ever since Ahaan’s relationship buzz with Shruti surfaced, netizens have been keeping a close eye on their activities. Recently, a netizen wrote on Reddit that Ahaan is not dating Shruti. They shared photos of Ahaan’s Instagram and how he was not following the social media influencer anymore, and vice versa. However, Ahaan’s sister, Alanna, is following her.
The Reddit post further claimed that most of the Panday family follows Shruti on her Instagram, including Ahaan’s cousin sisters, Ananya Panday, Rysa Panday, and their mother, Bhavana Panday. Not only this, his father, Chikki Panday, also follows her, except Ahaan’s mother, Deanne. The user wrote:
“Now most of the Panday family is following her on Instagram including Rysa (his younger cousin) who doesn’t otherwise follow random bolly models/celebs. Bhavana follows Shruti. Even Chikki Panday follows her. However, the one person who doesn’t follow Shruti is Deanne, the mother. And she follows like 7k people including every random fanpage account for Ahaan. Just loves her son, proud mom etc. What’s more, Shruti also doesn’t follow Deanne but she does follow Chikki and Bhavana and the 3 sisters. ”
Taking to the platform, netizens rushed to share their point of view. One user pointed out that Ahaan was dating a girl from Mizoram, “Wasn’t he dating a girl from Mizoram till last year? Someone even reported seeing him with the same girl in 2024, and his mom, Deanne, was accompanying them too; they were there to watch Dune, apparently. This was in March, just before Ahaan and Aneet started shooting for Saiyaara. I think Shruti is more like Ahaan’s childhood friend and ex and someone he is not with currently. Idk if I’m right or not but I feel he’s single at the moment.”
A second one claimed, “I think he never dated her & she’s someone who spreads rumours herself with famous guys. I have even read about her and Aryan. She just kept fuelling those rumours by putting Saiyaara songs in her posts as well, so that might have upset Ahaan. Anyone would feel bad when their friends do such stuff for the limelight.”

For the unversed, rumours of Ahaan and Shruti’s relationship intensified after the realease of the former’s film. As per a report by the Hindustan Times, Shruti penned a note for Ahaan and even expressed her love and how proud she was of his achievements. Her note could be read as:
“To the boy who dreamed of this his entire life, to the boy who believed in it when no one else did, to the one who gave his all for this moment. To the one who deserves this more than anyone!” Shruti added, “This stage is yours @ahaanpandayy I love you, I’m proud of you, I’m crying I’m screaming and I’m only wishing and praying that there is more and more to come for you! The world will finally know you and what you can do! Forever (sic).”
