The post is particularly special because his wife, Athiya, is celebrating the occasion for the first time as a new mother. Consequently, KL Rahul shared an unseen black-and-white picture where Athiya held their daughter, Evaarah, in her arms. Although they didn’t reveal the face of their daughter, the heartfelt caption won the hearts of fans. Sharing the picture, he penned:
“Watching you take on motherhood with so much strength, grace, and patience has made me fall in love with you even more. Happy first Mother’s day, baby. Evaarah is so lucky to have you.”
In another post, he shared a black-and-white snap of Athiya with his mother and mother-in-law, Mana Shetty. The actress was seen sharing candid moments with their two mothers and KL Rahul expressed his gratitude towards them and all other women. In his words:

Later, KL shared her picture on his Instagram handle to wish Athiya on her birthday in 2021, confirming his relationship. They tied the knot in January 2023 and welcomed a baby girl on March 24, 2025. Sharing the news, they penned:
“Blessed with a baby girl. 24.03.2025. Athiya and Rahul.”
