Originally released on April 25, the album taps into the soul of the Colombian city, a tribute to the streets, parks, and people that shaped him. Now, the Latin rock star is turning up the volume on this homage with the deluxe edition of Bogotá, arriving Thursday (July 31). Featuring three new songs — the rollicking “Bien” with Morat, the steely folk of “Imagínate” with Luis Fonsi, and the euphoric pop-rock of “Próxima Estación” with Ha*Ash — Cepeda invites fans to dive even deeper into the rhythm of his beloved city.

“I wanted to dedicate an entire album to my city, I wanted to immerse myself and sing about the places, streets, parks, bars, and avenues where I was born and raised,” Cepeda told Billboard Colombia in April. “I wanted to make an album where I could talk about those moments and places that have marked my life, because many of them have taken place here in Bogotá.”

He continued, calling Bogotá “a city that has a tropical climate, despite being at high altitude, and you can hear that in the music. Here you can hear Caribbean sounds, rock, pop, but also bolero. Every song on the album reflects that Bogotá sound.”

For fans hoping to see the Latin Grammy-winning artist perform live, Cepeda is also gearing up for a 9-date U.S. tour this fall, titled Nuestra Vida En Canciones. The tour kicks off Oct. 28 in Chicago and will make stops in cities like Miami and New York before wrapping up November 8 in Lynn, Mass.
