The partners in crisis – Nick Wilde (voice of Jason Bateman) and Judy Hopps (voice of Ginnifer Goodwin)-are back, battling personal issues amid a serious threat. The trailer of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ ‘Zootopia 2’ brings a roller-coaster ride of emotional uncertainty and dangerous adventures.
After cracking the biggest case in Zootopia’s history, rookie cops Judy and Nick find their partnership isn’t as solid as they thought. The duo attend the Partners in Crisis counselling program on the orders of Chief Bogo (voice of Idris Elba). But it doesn’t take long for their partnership to be put to the ultimate test when they find themselves on the twisting trail of a mystery tied to the arrival of a venomous snake in the animal metropolis.
While ‘Zootopia 2’ introduces Gary De’Snake (voice of Ke Huy Quan), Nibbles (voice of Fortune Feimster) and quokka therapist Dr. Fuzzby (voice of Quinta Brunson), the upcoming feature film, also welcomes back a herd of characters who made their debut in the Oscar-winning film ‘Zootopia’ (2016). The new mysterious case proves to be a bumpy ride for Nick and Judy as it could change Zootopia as they know it.

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ chief creative officer and ‘Zootopia 2’ writer and co-director Jared Bush said, “It’s been an absolute joy to reteam with so many actors who made the first film so special, and so exciting to expand the world with our phenomenal new cast members.”

From the Oscar-winning team of directors – Jared Bush and Byron Howard and producer Yvett Merino, ‘Zootopia 2′ marks Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 64th animated feature film.
The upcoming animated film is a sequel to ‘Zootopia’. The movie won the award for Best Animated Film at the 89th Academy Awards.
The upcoming animation film will be theatrically released in India on November 28, 2025 in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
