Roberts and her wife, Amber Laign, celebrated their 20th anniversary as a couple by traveling to Rwanda to take part in the 2025 Giants of Africa Festival, which brings together over 300 young athletes from across to continent to participate in community, educational, sporting, and entertainment events.
